The above bar graph shows the pieces of identification or documentation that respondents were missing. The results are as follows:

• Overall 48 percent of the respondents said they were missing a document to prove their address, 24 percent were missing a document with their photo, name and address and 6 percent were missing some other document.
• Other: 6%
• Don't know/refused: 20 percent
