• In Whitby–Oshawa, 17 percent of the respondents voted before 11:30 in the morning, 9 percent voted between 11:31 am and 1:30 pm, 32 percent voted between 1:31 pm and 5:30 pm and 40 percent voted after 5:30 pm.
