This is the template of a notice of a judicial recount. It is issued by a judge, to be served personally to the candidates in the electoral district. The following information must be filled in: the court name, judicial district, style of cause, location of the recount and name of the judge who will preside over it. The notice tells candidates they may be present at the recount with up to two representatives who are not members of the recount team as well as one legal counsel. The judge signs and dates the form.
