The federal by-elections in York Centre and Toronto Centre are on October 26th. If you're registered to vote, you should get a voter information card from Elections Canada in the mail. It tells you where and when you can vote. If you didn't get a card, or it has the incorrect information, you can update your registration with Elections Canada.
