Filing Deadline Extensions for Candidate's Electoral Campaign Returns

Candidates must submit their electoral campaign returns to Elections Canada within 4 months after polling day. The Canada Elections Act affords candidates the opportunity to request an extension to this deadline from the Chief Electoral Officer.

The following is a listing of candidates for the 41st General Election who have been granted an extension in accordance with the Canada Elections Act as well as their new deadlines.
