Provide assistance according to demand, as determined by the automation coordinator (AC)
Assist in training service centre clerks
Assist in providing technical troubleshooting and computer support within the returning officer (RO) office (including REVISE, the software application used to complete revision tasks in the local EC office) and external service point (ESP) offices, if applicable
