4. Complaints and Judicial Review

Individuals who object to the handling of their personal information or of the processing of a request under the Privacy Act can file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

One privacy complaint was received late in fiscal year 2012–2013. As of March 31, 2013, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner had not issued a finding on this matter.

No judicial reviews were reported to Elections Canada in 2012–2013.
