Access to Information and Privacy (ATIP) at the Office of the Chief Electoral Officer

The Office of the Chief Electoral Officer of Canada, which currently includes both Elections Canada and the Office of the Commissioner of Canada Elections, is an independent, non-partisan agency that reports directly to Parliament. It is subject to the Access to Information Act and Privacy Act.
